Easy cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 4 oz (115g) self-raising flour
  • 4 oz (115g) baking margarine or butter
  • 4 oz (115g) caster sugar
  • 2 eggs

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • electric mixer/wooden spoon
  • weighing scale
  • cupcake cases
  • cake tin

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180
  2. Poor the butter and sugar into the bowl then mix with the mixer.
  3. When the mixture is fluffy, gently add the flour and eggs then start mixing again.
  4. When the mix is gloopy and there are no lumps in the mix  then put the cupcake cases into the baking tray then put the mix into the cupcake cases.
  5.  Last put the tray in the oven and cook for 10 mins.
  6. When it is time to get them out get them out then put a chopstick into some cupcakes and if there is  some mix on the chopstick then put them in for 5 more mins.
  7. If you had to put them into the oven again then once you got them out do the same thing with the chopstick but they should be ready but if there not then put them in for 2 more mins then take them out then do the chopstick thing then they should definitely be ready.
  8. Once there ready leave them for 10 mins then take them out of the cake tin and you can ice them if you want but you don’t have to .
